   Responsibilities:

  • przygotowywanie potraw zgodnie z recepturami – kuchnia domowa i bufetowa;
  • dbałość o jakość i estetykę serwowanych dań;
  • utrzymanie porządku i czystości w kuchni;
  • współpraca z innymi działami w obiekcie, aby posiłki trafiały do gości sprawnie i na czas;
  • obróbka produktów i przygotowanie dań oraz deserów;
  • przestrzeganie procedur, zasad sanitarnych i standardów HACCP;

   Requirements:

  • doświadczenie na stanowisku pomocy kuchennej;
  • książeczka sanepidowska;
  • mile widziane wykształcenie gastronomiczne i pasja do gotowania, szczególnie kuchni polskiej.
