Job details

   Responsibilities:

– przygotowanie potraw zgodnie z ustalonymi recepturami (kuchnia domowa, bufetowa);
– dbałość o jakość i estetykę potraw;
– zachowanie dobrej organizacji pracy;
– utrzymanie czystości w miejscu pracy;
– współpraca z innymi działami w obiekcie w celu zapewnienia sprawnego serwowania posiłków;
– obróbka produktów niezbędnych do przygotowywania dań i posiłków oraz deserów;
– przestrzeganie procedur, zasad oraz standardów sanitarnych;
– pomoc w opracowywaniu nowych menu i innowacyjnych dań;
– znajomość HACCP.

   Requirements:

– mile widziane wykształcenie gastronomiczne;
– doświadczenie na stanowisku kucharza lub pomocy kuchennej;
– książeczka sanepidowska;
– mile widziane osoby z zamiłowaniem do gotowania dań kuchni polskiej.
